Brand spanking new for 2017 is our luxurious VIP area created to give LIMFer’s that extra special festival experience. A perfect place to chill out with family and friends, the VIP EXPERIENCE will give you exclusive access to a private cash bar area, deluxe toilets and up close and personal views of the CENTRAL STAGE area – which will see artists Gorgon City, Corinne Bailey Rae, Naughty Boy, Cast, Fleur East, JP Cooper and So Solid Crew headline across the weekend – plus many more.

Advance tickets cost £13.20* per day across Friday, Saturday (SOLD OUT) and Sunday. Weekend tickets have SOLD OUT but you can still bag yourself a Sunday VIP ticket – so go on treat yourselves!

Are there any age restrictions to buying a VIP EXPERIENCE ticket?

Anyone under the age of 14 will not be permitted to enter the VIP EXPERIENCE unless accompanied by an adult. Children aged 5 and under go free.

When will I receive my wristband for the VIP EXPERIENCE?

Once you order your tickets online and receive them through the post, keep them in a safe place and bring them with you on the day along with some photo ID. When you arrive at the festival site, head on over to the VIP TICKET OFFICE where our friendly LIMF team will swap them for your wristbands.

Tickets will be posted out 10-14 days prior to the event start date.

Anyone ordering tickets near to the start of the festival will receive an e-ticket. A copy of this e-ticket will need to be shown at the VIP TICKET OFFICE along with proof of identity.

What are the opening times of the VIP TICKET OFFICE?

The VIP TICKET OFFICE will be open:

Friday: 16.30 – 21.30

Saturday: 11.30 – 20.00

Sunday: 11.30 – 20.00

What happens if I lose my wristband?

Lost wristbands will not be replaced and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

I’ve bought a ticket and now I can’t attend the festival. Can I swap it for another day or give it to a friend?

Unfortunately, tickets are non-transferable.

Can you buy wristbands for the VIP EXPERIENCE on the day?

If there is any left you sure can! Simply head on over to our TIC trailer or VIP TICKET OFFICE, which will be located near to the CENTRAL STAGE. Wristbands will cost £15* on the day or £25* for a Friday & Sunday VIP ticket combo and can be purchased using cash or card.

Where can I find the VIP EXPERIENCE?

The VIP EXPERIENCE is located in front of and to the right of the CENTRAL STAGE area only.

Does the VIP EXPERIENCE give me access to the front of all stages across the festival site?

No just the CENTRAL STAGE.

What time does the VIP EXPERIENCE open?

Friday: 17.30 – 21.30

Saturday: 12.00 – 20.00

Sunday: 12.00 – 20.00

Can I enter and leave the VIP EXPERIENCE whenever I want throughout the day?

Absolutely, just make sure you keep your wristband on and you can gain access to the VIP EXPERIENCE during the opening times.

Are there unlimited tickets to the VIP EXPERIENCE?

We have limited the number of tickets for sale to make sure your experience is the best it can be!

Will there be queues for bars and loos?

Even though we have limited the number of tickets available, there may be times when the bars and loos are busy meaning a short wait whilst queuing.

Are there any disabled loos in the VIP EXPERIENCE?

Yes, a disabled toilet is available.

Is there an accessible viewing platform for the CENTRAL STAGE?

An accessible viewing platform is situated just outside the VIP area in front of the CENTRAL STAGE.

Are dogs allowed into the VIP area?

Only guide dogs are allowed in the VIP EXPERIENCE area.

Can I bring my own food and alcohol?

Yes and there will also be plenty of concessions on site selling a wide selection of food and drink. All stalls selling alcohol will be operating a strict Challenge 25 policy. If you are lucky enough to look 25 or younger, please make sure that you bring an acceptable form of identification, which includes:

  • An in date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence
  • A valid passport (not a photocopy) – out of date passports will NOT be accepted
  • A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram).

Anyone found to be using identification that is not their own will result in the identification being confiscated and possible prosecution for both the owner and the individual fraudulently attempting to use it. On the spot checks will be in operation across the site for the duration of the festival so keep your identification on you at all times until you have been verified by a member of the Challenge 25 team.

Any open vessels of alcohol will need to be disposed of before leaving the site.
