TABITHA JADE is singer, songwriter musician from Merseyside with a string of awards to her name. Voted UK National Song Writing U16 Champion 2015 in London by Sony and Universal and a finalist in 3 other National Competitions during 2014 / 2015, including TeenStars and OpenMicUK, confirms her as one of the UK’s top Teens. Describing her music as ‘PUrban’ (alliteration of Pop/Urban), she’s gigged all over the country, from The Cavern in Liverpool to The Bedford in London. At 14 she was the youngest to ever play at Liverpool’s Sound City and has since gone on to play with her 5 piece backing band at Hope Fest, Soul Fest, G Fest in Manchester, Chester Live, and was amongst the first wave artists at Threshold and Chester Live 2017.
Her latest single ‘Boy’, with an RnB vibe, has received lots of attention both online and over the airwaves with local radio airplay on BBC Introducing, BBC Merseyside, Dee Radio, Wirral Radio and Voice FM. In September 2016, her live performance of ‘What You Were Like’ was featured on BBC 1Xtra, which lead to an on air interview with 1Xtra DJ Target.
