DAVE MCCABE & THE RAMIFICATIONS
For more than a decade, Dave McCabe was known as frontman and main songwriter in Liverpool psych-pop band, The Zutons, who garnered both critical and commercial success with 3 multi-platinum albums and toured the world.
His songwriting prowess widely acknowledged, McCabe took a break from the spotlight to write tracks for other artists such as Mark Ronson – no surprise after penning one of the biggest songs of the millennium so far (‘Valerie’, a hit both for The Zutons and Mark Ronson with Amy Winehouse’s cover).
He returned to the studio in 2014 and released his long-awaited album, ‘Church of Miami’, last year to rave reviews. Taking inspiration from new wave classics like Depeche Mode and Human League to create an electro-inspired record.
